    There is a vacant lot next to our property located at 621 23rd St. Oakland. People from the street had cut a hole to the chain link fence in the vacant lot, trying to climb through the hole to get over to our property into the backyard. Our tenant had called the police as soon when this happens. This is causing my tenant distress where it makes our tenant really unsafe. Please send someone out asap to address this matter as this is a vacant lot.
