2 large mattresses and a bookshelf dumped overnight last night

Trash truck arrived at 6 am and idled in the middle of the street, worker pulled the dumpster 20 feet from property to the truck and lifted dumpster to empty.

This has been reported previously due to early pick up.

This was first reported via the RBC hotline last February, so the dumpster has been there for quite some time.  The BOH determined they did not have a permit for the dumpster, and they sent a letter in August to require the permit.  Have not received any updates from them since that time. In addition to the permit, the dumpster needs an enclosure per the City ordinance.

As pictured - dumpster has been left in the street in front of building for pick up, and is still there now.
