There have been multiple accidents on Cold Spring between Livingston and Whitney in the past few months. Cars also frequently speed on Cold Spring between Orange to Whitney and run the stop signs at Cold Spring & Livingston and Cold Spring & Whitney. Many young kids live in this area and walk to school or to East Rock Park. Traffic calming measures are needed along this street!
