    THERE ARE AT LEAST FOUR PILES OF DEBRIS ON THESE TWO STREETS THAT HAVE BEEN SITTING FOR WEEKS! PEOPLE HAVE BEEN REPORTING THEM OVER AND OVER. I SAW A RAT IN ONE PILE YESTERDAY. IT'S MAKING OUT NEIGHBORHOOD LOOK LIKE A DUMPING GROUND. PLEASE HELP.
