This is a safety and security issue on the stairs of the walking path between Trade Street and Cherry Street. The path is next to the Marriott Hotel and across the street from the Winston-Salem Bike Patrol Station.
This issue has been reported twice before with no resolution. Please do not mark it complete again until it is complete. Turning it over to the Power company has not resolved this in the past.
