    There's a row house at 277 Fourth Street (between Jersey and Coles) that seems to be excavating their basement. My understanding is this is dangerous for the other buildings in the row. They have what looks like a yellow permit in their window, but I don't know what it's for. Who should I report this to?

    Art House, the luxury condo, to the theater company, had been littering the Downtown with ads for their building. It's not enough for them to take them down, they should be fined to prevent future littering.

    Not only is the walk signal still not working but if this is how they left it after attempting a repair, it's pretty pathetic.

    This is an extremely dangerous intersection. Cars doesn't even slow down when making a turn. Yesterday someone making a left turn almost ran me over and had the gall to yell at me for not having a walk signal.

    I've been seeing this tag around. A graffiti task force used to show the tag to high school kids to find out who it is and talk to the kid. I hope this task force still exists.
