    Construction noise began before 7am this morning (10/13). Loud banging and hammering noted starting between 6:30-6:45.

    Four large mature shade trees on this one block were destroyed by the construction company working in the vicinity. There are no shade trees remaining anymore on this street. Most communities provide protection for mature shade trees and developers are not permitted to destroy them. How was this allowed to occur and what can be done to remedy this situation?
