The public alley behind 2813, 2815, and 2817 E Broad floods every single time it rains. It provided a breeding ground for mosquitoes this summer and will turn to dangerous ice this winter, not to mention the simple nuisance of not be able to park on your own property or take your trash/recycle out because you come back wet up to your shins or ankles. A permanent drainage solution is needed immediately.
