    This area floods quickly on rainy days and makes pedestrian access impossible. Cars are also forced to drive through wheel-high water. This area is highly dangerous.

    This former gas station lot is a constant eyesore and frequently used as an illegal dumping ground for cars, mattresses, and other trash. This lot should be fenced off to discourage dumping. Commuters have to walk by this on the way to BART. Please fence this off.

    There is a pothole that is growing and now eating the sidewalk. Someone has tried to cover it with plywood which is now broken. Shards of plywood are now sticking out of the hole and pose a danger to sidewalk walkers and cars entering the driveway.

    The sidewalk near the driveway to the apartment complex at 97 Vernon Street has crumbled and merged with a pothole to create a hazardous pit that cars and people are falling into and over. Somebody in the neighborhood has attempted to cover it will plywood sheets but those have crumbled too and now it is a broken pit full of dangerous plywood shards that fly up when people drive over it to enter the driveway. Please help before someone gets hurt.
