The new LED street lighting installed around the pathways on the south end of the Potterfield bridge have been out for months! They appear to be solar powered so I do not think it is an electrical issue. It seems that the city just does not have them currently programmed to turn on at night. They are really nice lights and it was really nice to walk over there when they were working. Without them it is frighteningly scary and inviting trouble (notice all the new graffiti in the area!).
