    Several junk trucks are parked around the intersection of Lower Poplar St. and 11th St. Some may be in the right-of-way, but some look to be on the property of a business there. Some are overgrown and have literally been there for years.

    The area under the railroad trestle is in awful shape, again. I believe there is also water seeping up from a manhole cover, as well. This area is reported several times a year, and it is never fixed, only patched. When is it ever going to actually be fixed?

  • Lower Poplar At 10th Street Macon, Georgia - Macon
    The road under the trestle is in very bad shape and has been for years. This is a heavily travelled street, and is the main exit for the Cherry Blossom Festival and other events at Central City Park. This section of road is in such bad shape that it has caused flat tires on vehicles coming to our business. The road needs to be dug up and fixed correctly. This should have been done a long time ago.

    The American flag on the center field flagpole has come loose and is hanging by only 1 corner. It needs to be re-hung, and may need to be replaced if it is not in good condition.
