    This traffic signal sometimes has an error. It will NOT turn green allowing cars to go from east to west. It keep skipping that green repeatedly. Just happened now 3:19pm 4/20/19. It went through all cycles multiple times. Cars started turning around and using side streets because it would not turn green.

    East side of crescent lake park on 5th st, 3rd power line pole south of 22nd Ave north is seriously crumbling at its base. It is becoming structurally unsound and in greater danger of falling down upon a big storm occurring. Pieces of it are on the ground as well.

    The newly installed exercise equipment at Crisp Park has one part that's on backwards. The piece in the photo that says 'green fields' needs to be flipped to the other side so the flat backside is on the opposite side so folks doing the exercise on the side pictures can have their back flat against the all green side. Quick to flip, 8 bolts. Thank you. The equipment is lovely.

    Crescent Lake park playground lock is broken .. again. Sigh. This happens constantly for some reason. We realize there is a lot to do post-Irma but for the safety of little ones if this broken lock could be prioritized that would be lovely and appreciated.

    Could the city PLEASE replace the playground gate latches with more child resistant ones. Attached picture is one example of a lovely system. The current locks can even be opened by toddlers and lead to playground escapes.
