19304 Nw 12th St Pembroke Pines, Florida - Pembroke PinesWe just had our utilities located on our property and just discovered that our sewer connection is on our neighbors property and that a palm tree is growing on top on the sewer lateral on the City side of the cleanout. I think the tree needs to be removed before it gets too big and/or the sewer line is broken.
