I live at Lutheran apartments on one of the busiest streets downtown and unfortunately it's the only senior living apartment that doesn't have safe and adequate loading area for pickup or dropoff of residents either by family or non-emergency as well as emergency vehicles. Currently it has three 2hr parking which are always filled. I see emergency personal both first responders and ambulances constantly having to block a lane on 1st Avenue South to pickup a resident. I feel the area shown just past the PSTA area should be limited to 5 minute loading only for the safety of the residents and other drivers directly in front of the Lutheran apartments.
