There is a dead city-owned curside tree on the property line between 90 & 84 marvel Road. The tree sheds large branches whenever there is a strong wind gust and is a hazard to pedestrians and cars parked or driving by. The tree cannot be trimmed - it is dead and should be cut down and removed. Thank you.
