Building at 108 Storms Ave has is currently undergoing construction. It was a full guy many years ago, and then the owner was sued by the city for not using the HUD grant legally. There has been no work for 3 years, and now I am seeing some work. They are currently about to repave the sidewalk with a bunch of concrete bags, and I am wondering if this site is current on inspections. I am happy if work is happening, but I want to make sure it is meeting the minimum code standards

Laminated glass is on street and sidewalk. The street sweeper has been unable to pick this up, so please help get this dangerous glass off the street.

This property is abandoned after a developer walked away. I know over the last couple of years, the city has issued summons for not maintaining the sidewalk and property. That is nice, but the trash on the sidewalk has been piling up for so many months, it is just terrible. Can they city clean up the sidewalk and fine the owner? Years ago I think the city used to do this. Thanks

Trash was poorly put out by whomever did this, but the sidewalk is now full of trash.

It appears a water line has broken. I saw running water on the street and when I got to the source it was coming from a hole on the side of the curb. The picture is the street curb and the water spilling out.

Catch basin not draining properly

this is the second time a large section of roofing has been dumped at this site. This such a large obstruction, I hope some investigation is done to find out where this is coming from.

Someone is tagging all around Monticello, Storms Ave, and Orchard St. I take by 7 year old daughter to school this route, and it is wrong to have to walk past all this graffiti. Please find this person and have the graffiti covered up.

Vacant buildings seem to have a vagrant living in one of them. The plywood over the door has been removed, and trash continues to pile up in front of the building. These buildings need to be secured and cleaned up.

this trash bag has been on the sidewalk for 3 weeks. I pass it everyday taking by daughter to school and it is sad we have to pass this everyday. It is on the Monticello sidewalk
