Leaves were supposed to be collected today but no one came

All day long people feed pigeons here and they poop everywhere. It is a health hazard

3-4 dogs barking all day. It's gotten to the point that I cannot have people over to my house with the constant barking. Please have someone contact me and follow up. This is a Three year old issue. Thy are torturing these dogs. If you would like you can have someone come to my house for a day and witness the dogs barking from loneliness and hunger all day as their 5 owners sit inside the house doing nothing to ease their suffering

There used to be a trash can here which I use to take the trash from the catch basin and place it in. Sadly this trash can has been removed and I can no longer clean this catch basin. For years we have been promised more trash cans on jfk and for years more and more have been removed. When will this one be replaced so I can clean the catch basin? I don't plan on walking with trash from this catch basin 3 blocks to throw it away

I've called the number on the bag asking to not have these delivered about 30 times. I get two or three every week. I think people should have to opt into them. It's wasteful and a big source of litter

This road really needs to be widened to allow for a bike lane. Many people use this road as part of their daily commute and since it is a truck route, it's basically a death trap. The bus company that operates the number 2 bus used to always ensure that that bus had a bike rack but they are no longer doing this. This is the only safe way to move between secaucus and jersey city and it needs to be accessible to bikers and pedestrians, not just trucks. I think we can all agree that Paterson plank is not a realistic bike route and route 1&9 won't work either. Something needs to be done to get people to work safely along this route

It is about 90 degrees and the dogs are locked outside. They are barking nonstop unprovoked and they are on my property. The owners have failed to secure them and they are destroying my deck.

Why are there two city garbage cans in front of this barber shop but no cans on any of the corners? A person has to go out of their way to throw something away and there are no cans on the west portion of the street for at least 5 blocks

This property used to be well maintained and all the sudden it's terrible. I dropped my cell phone near there and it got so lost in weeds I was almost not able to find it. Businesses like this should be setting an example for the community not adding to blight

No one stops for pedestrians in the cross walks, the police officers don't even stop. You have to run into traffic to get across. Maybe a stop light would help.
