Again, I know there’s a pandemic going on just like my next-door neighbors weeds , this property is a mess it’s new construction been sitting for two years no action going on nobody takes care of the weeds in the grass there’s ticks fleas and mosquitoes all over the place. This land borders about a dozen houses along the back and you can’t it’s starting to choke the nice trees there

I do realize there’s a pandemic going on but that’s no excuse to neglect your property this yard is like this every single year several times a year and now it’s pretty bad and with the heat you see that the weeds are burning could be a fire hazard when it was very dry thank you.

A man who lives at this address has a huge black mastiff. He lets this dog run free on the adjacent property that belongs to 15 Abbett Street. Currently, the Abbett St property is vacant , construction unfinished. There are 2 semi feral cats I have been taking care of for yrs plus other wildlife that this dog has tried to attack. If I were gardening near my chain link fence, Im sure he'd try to bite me also. THere are young children who play in there yards that share an open chain link fence where he lets this dog run. It is NOT his property to my knowledge. PLEASE make him stop or have him use the property with DOG ON LEASH. I feel this is a catastrophe waiting to happen. He's also peeing and pooping all over that propery outside my fence. It's gross!
He almost got one of the kitties just an hour ago. I am not sure if this is an animal control issue, but could you please have someone come talk to this guy. Im not sure which floor he's on @ 112 Booraem. Thanks

Front of house....Weeds are 4 feet high. Nasty!

EVERY YEAR! It's an eye sore plus there is food trash in the corner next to my yard that's now buried below the jungle back there. I'm tired of this slum lord not taking care of the yard. You need to hammer this guy with a fine. By the way , the fence between us is 4ft high....the weeds are WELL past that 5ft or taller.
