    In the last year a large branch fell from this tree blocking my neighbor's front door. The city responded quickly and did a fine cleanup. Thursday evening another large branch fell smashing a neighbor's car. Again, the city did an amazing cleanup early on Friday. The issue is that both branches fell from the same area of the tree as seen in the picture. In that part of the tree it has lost about half of its mass, yet 2/3 of the tree are above this section. It is a large tree and very vulnerable to the next big wind storm we get. Please have this tree removed,
