Unfortunately the service request was not addressed, and the major sidewalk damage still forces people with strollers to walk into oncoming traffic. The birds are gone but the poop is caked on the area, and it’s under the overpass, so the rain won’t wash it away. It desperately needs a power wash, as people must walk into the street to avoid walking through this.

I've never complained about the service of waste management, although, it has been poor service for my account, I finally complained this past month. I complained about the organic service not being provided and today my org cart is left on its side in the street after service. Maybe it's just bad luck, but the fact I suggested a route supervisor check the routes to ensure quality service, and they basically said FU, or they just have managers who don't do the job, is pretty upsetting. Where do I get an application, because I'd love to get paid by your company and not fulfill my job duties per the contact and franchise agreement. The city could avoid annoying emails by customers like me, if they just applied liquidated damages.

I would think we have priority if they failed to service us on the day we are to be serviced. Please provide and explanation. Have yet to receive any notification from the city of Oakland as well.
