The street along Dunwoody Hollow Drive is in pretty bad shape. Most of the street (especially the bottom half) is crumbling into small pieces. There are chunks of road missing, and the road bubbled up in one section. Lots of small depressions too. A few young kids have fallen off their bikes because of the imperfections.

A tree is ready to fall across Brook Run trail. It's currently leaning against another tree, which is bowing under the weight. When the tree falls, it will cross over the trail and anyone walking on the trail will not have a good day.

The tree is directly across the street from the St. Patrick's church sign. It is leaning toward a part of the Brook Run trail that is not yet open.

The embankment along a major storm water drainage creek that runs behind one of the buildings at the Wrens Cross community is eroding toward the building. This drainage creek is a major artery and serves the area.

A few years ago, a tree along the embankment fell, taking a large part of the bank with it. Ever since then, the bank has been eroding toward the building. The pool to the right of the collapsed tree is larger than a car at this point.

The building is in a national flood plain and relies on proper drainage to prevent flooding during major storms.

There is a wide depression in the middle of the road. Most cars drive on the other side of the street to avoid it.
