    Corner of Otto and Auburn St a car jump the curb and hit this sign yesterday, My wife found the video on the cameras but they are not good enough to read the license plate. there was a good amount of damage to the car and the sign. it's just flopping around in the wind. The sign should actually be facing Otto St so trucks know not to enter Auburn St.

    I live on the corner of Auburn, Otto and Summer St. My trash and recycling is picked up in front of my house on Otto St. Today the Recycling truck pulled up to collect my bin and he over ran it, he still tried to pick it up with the gripper and couldn't quite get it so he kept trying until he caved in the cover to the bin when he knocked it over and spilled some of the plastic bottles. He got out picked up the bin, lined it up with the truck. He got back in his truck emptied the bin and left when I walked out. He just left the bottles on the ground and didn't even attempt to fix the lid. I called out to him and he just ignored me. The very least he could have done was clean the mess and attempt to fix the lid. I been here 34 years and keep my corner lot well kept and clean, I do my part in clearing the paved sidewalks around my house in snow storms. I would expect your driver to do his part in cleaning up his mess. Oh I fixed the lid as best I could.

    The street light isn't out because there isn't one.
    I was wondering if we could get one installed on Auburn St at the corner of Otto? Either poll # 18, or 17 which is the next poll down just as long as we can get some light on the corner or close to it.
    It's extremely dark on that corner.

    I filed a complaint on 06/11/16 (#2583220) About my neighbors fence at 154 Auburn St rotting out and leaning into my yard, at 156 Auburn St.
    On 06/13/16 it was assigned to Andrea Burton then she assigned it to the health dept.
    On 06/14/06 the Health Dept assigned it to "the appropriate dept".
    Also on 06/14/16, whom ever ( CCE ) is, in the appropriate dept wrote, Thanks for fixing the issue. With no explanation what so ever. WHY?
    On 06/15/16 I wrote " the issue is not fixed..
    Next comes " commenting is closed "
    All I want to know is, what rights do I have to make my neighbor replace HIS rotten fence?

    I live at 156 Auburn St. My neighbors fence is rotting out and is leaning into my yard at 154 Auburn St . I have asked the homeowner many times to replace it and he laughs and says NOPE.. And that is when he's sober..
