Since the CRS is not functioning this seems the only way to report on a storm drain issue that was partially fixed but will fail again once it rains. The inlet in question is across the street from 4224 wakefield road. As reported in the CRS the storm drain was blocked up. It appears there has been some minor work to fix this but I am certain the issue will develop again during the next rain storm. The drainage ditch is filled with leaves which have been covered with a layer of silt. The ditch needs to be cleaned out for proper drainage. The improper drainage results in a river of water running down my driveway and through my planting bed. The water erodes the planting bed carrying my mulch into the grass thereby killing the grass beneath it. Please fix this.
