    Despite numerous requests going back many, many months, to Globe Direct I continue to receive their unwanted product. The paper advertisements go directly to the recycling bin, and the plastic bag into the trash.

    Their failure to stop deliveries is in violation of Ordinance 6.20.030 PERMIT FOR DISTRIBUTION OF PRINTED MATTER ON PUBLIC WAYS.

    I'm sure I am just one of many who consider this littering.

    Pearl St between Medford St and Avon St has Speed Limit signs indicating a 30 mph speed limit from Medford St to the southern end of Pearl St. This conflicts with the citywide limit of 25 MPH. If it doesn't there is no reason that I can think of that it shouldn't conform, and numerous reasons why it should be 25MPH. Please change the signage if correct to do so.

    About 3 weeks ago the manhole cover at this location was removed to check the flow of water under the street. It was replaced and has since then produces a banging noise when traffic rides over it. It needs to be adjusted so it's not a noisy nuisance

    drivers are not stopping to allow pedestrians to cross safely especially during rush hours. Signs are needed before intersection in both directions. Signs need to have flashing lights or will be ignored

    Same as in 2020. Devir St NE corner of intersection w Highland Av has no drainage; water pools up. Last street repaving apparently left water no place to go. Street drain is nearby on Highland Ave but is uphill. Real problem in winter as it ices crosswalk.

    Cars waiting for the traffic light, sitting on the eastern side of this intersection, often sit in the middle of Devir St making it difficult for cars, trucks to turn into Devir.
    A lane marking stripe, preferably a double line, is needed at this end section of Devir, perhaps even a bit to the right and not in the center.

    And posted on a nearby tree, covered by leaves are a couple of signs, one warning "Speed Radar Enforced" or something similar
