The city property and street is covered in trash and garbage

since the YHC maintenance person has stopped by and left ...does that mean all the firework debris in the street is cleaned up by the city?

the empty lot on the corner of Hewitt and Washtenaw collecting a lot of trash on the lot. also the extra phone lines are a tripping Hazzard when walking down Hewitt.
