    64 Forest St Medford, Massachusetts - Medford

    With the pending removal of two street trees in front of the Old Medford High condos (city approved?) and the death/vandalism of smaller street trees across from the Post Office last year, Forest Street will be (ironically) devoid of street trees nearly through Water Street.

    Are there any plans to replace street trees on this major thoroughfare?

    As I'm sure everyone knows, street trees not only help absorb pollution (helpful with I-93 and idling traffic) and street flooding, but their presence also reduces flooding, and marks a residential area that increases property values and slows speeding vehicles.

    Graffiti on back of Century Bank building, upper floors, visible from Riverside and Salem. Really not a good "welcome" to the Square. Along with the increasing number of tags on the Bigelow Block and former Congressional District Office, it gives the sense that this is an abandoned and unkempt area.
