    There is a huge orange sign in my next door neighbor's front yard, left there by the City several months ago. It says "Utility Work Ahead". The work's been done for a long time. I think the sign was forgotten. Can this be removed, please? Thank you.

    Street light #RGH67 is shining very brightly onto my front porch. It is no longer possible to sit out there after dark without being in the direct spotlight of it, as if I'm on stage (the opposite of how I want to feel out there). Thank you in advance for resolving this.
