    PLEASE OPEN THE PUBLIC RESTROOMS! The Porta Potties are dirty smelly and COLD. There is probably more germs in the Porta Potties than in the indoor rest rooms. Rest rooms are open in many other public places such as gas stations, restaurants, and supermarkets.
