Pine Tree fallen on vacant lot to the rear of this property It is resting on the rear fence. The fence does not appear to be damaged yet. It’s hard to tell if it can damage the property building owner of the vacant lot needs to remove this tree immediately.

I watched this guy pull up and started to clean his car out on the street. This happens multiple time a week and the City should start fining these violators. I was going to do a Police Report on line but the system does not have a littering category. A citation should be sent to this individual by mail.

Here we go again. The garbage is beginning to collect on the off ramp side of under the overpass. Pleas don't let this linger for a year like was allowed across the road. Debris starts spilling over onto road way on a blind curve. Very dangerous.

1 large and one small pothole's across from the Maritime Academy student housing (Old Motel 6). Both have been fixed many times, if that helps.

Hedge has not been maintained in a couple of years. Shrubs are rubbing and damaging the neighbors house. The hedge should be maintained 10 feet high and it’s at least 40 feet high
