This unmarked delivery truck parked in the middle of Clarendon Ave at 5:45am and began unloading tires for the NTB at 2501 Mass Ave. Called the nonemergency police line and the responding officer said that there is nothing he could do as it was not construction noise. Aren't deliveries not allowed before 7am in residential areas? We have had issues in the past (usually in the winter) with the exact same two drivers, and when the police arrived before the truck left they informed the drivers that deliveries are not allowed before 7am. Could there be clarification and follow up on this? Thank you.
