    this is a two part compliant about rats. my neighbor at 1657 cambridge st only has two trash barrels. this is a three decker. the bins are always overflowing and the rats have eaten holes in them. second 77 trowbridge st is behind me. they are rat central. they went to dumpsters but the rats just climb up and feed there are visible burrows around the dumpsters. they need to be plugged with concrete and a regular trapping program needs to exist. this place is a disaster.

    the rat problem in this building is long standing and repetitive. The residents don't compost .
    the food scraps are in the trash which is in the dumpsters they use. As you can see by the picture all the bags have been chewed and my dog senses the rats in the dumpster.
    This location should be dumped every other day to curb the rat problem and the area around the dumpster needs to be kept clean.

    I am glad you are finally going to fix the substandard work that was done on this corner.
    Expired concrete, incorrect pitch etc.
    Why then are you only fixing part of it?
    If you fix the marked sections properly it will pitch the water toward the building.
    If you are going to do another incompetent job that will have to be repaired on 5 to 10 years go for it.
    I am easy to reach to discuss this.
    I have had to live with the water pooling on the sidewalk since it was done.

    this trash can is in the no man's land between the library and the high school.
    No one wants to take responsibility for it and it is a great idea. The new electronic rat trap is full from all the rats this trash can attracts. Great Job!

    the trash receptacles around the library need to be emptied more often and the new thicker liners have to be replaced in some of the trash containers.
    the rats are eating through them too.
    Just got this one tonight.in front of the library.

    this tree has been losing canopy for years.
    there is alot of dead wood on it. it us a hazard to cars pedestrians and bicyclists. please remove it and replant it. thank you
