From my back patio. We all have back porch/patio lights. The light at Colwell and Aster is too high/bright. Hurts our eyes from inside our house at night. Only one block over on Englewood. Please lower or take it down for unreasonabke light polution.

have dead wood on high 2-5 " diameter branches. Tree nearest driveway has weak spot going down center of trunk. Will cause catastrophic split with 4ft diameter "branch". Warning signs: trunk is wider at v than at ground level, wood is decomposing inside tree with stress line forming where tree is likely split. See image where trowel can dig in to trunk at split 2-3 inches without much effort. Hole underneath at base of trunk is worse. Infested with ants. The opposite tree also has a hole in trunk with carpenter ant dust behind cement patch in hole. That tree may be OK for awhile but requires regular review due to dead, carved out center at base, also has had fungus growth coming from larger trimmed areas.

Three large trees at Rosedale and Moore showing signs of distress, roots beginning to cause sidewalk issues and large falling branches becoming public hazard. Are the trees on the easement a public or private responsibility?
