Ongoing for yrs and now very large dug hole behind neighbpr at 1335 W. Melrose Street. Dead rat nearby today I cleaned up.

Continuous rat sitings and droppings in alley behind building (outside of back door & near rat “tunnel” between 1335 & bldg east/next to it).

Has been ongoing issue since 2017 and have reported seversl times. You have now “archived” it and not sure why it’s not fixed. Some nights completely out and other nights goes on and off but with a lot of time in between going on and off (so it’s off for a long time). Very unsafe.

On alley light pole behind our garage.

Light out, very dark insafe stretch of sidewalk/yards including ours at 1337. I’ve reported this light last year and this yr and always get response light is okay. It is not okay - has been going out since last yr. light across the street in front of 1342 never goes out and very bright.

Light goes off long enough to be very unsafe when have to be outside - had to take dog out at midnight and later and we live 2 doirs down from light - extremely dark. I reported this same issue for this same light in the past.

A long stretch of potholes, crumbled pavement that’s neen unrepaired at least since last year. Ypu cannot drive around it to avoid it because it’s so big and deoending on how cars are parked there, you hardly have any room if any to avoid it. Even driving very slow is hard on cars.

The light goes on and off but when off, it's off for a long time and very dark & unsafe when myself & neighbors take our dogs out for the last time later at night & dont feel safe. Thank you.
