    Waste Management has placed their dumpster blocking most of the alley. Waste management has made it convenient to block the alley so it’s easier for them to pick up the neighbors dumpster but they are blocking most of the entrance to get into my parking. Not to mention I already have a hard time to get to my home due to the excessive pot holes in the alley and all the flooding that has been created by these potholes, now, with their dumpster blocking the center of the alley it has now made it more difficult for me to access my home. Can someone please address this issue.

    This is the alley that is located in back of my property. Every time when it rains it floods horribly and not to mention we get infested by pesticides. We have been filing complaints for years and these potholes are getting deeper and deeper when heavy trucks drive through this alley. This is behind my property at 237 W. 18th St., Houston, TX 77008. We can not even park our cars behind our property entering this alley because our tires get flat with this large pot hole. I hope this can be fix soon.
