    This mess is strung out between both 148 and 150 Neva Avenue. This is NOT the first, second , or third time we have had this issue either. It is a constant problem. The same two derelict vehicles have been there for over 2 years, they constantly dump both household waste and other garbage on the lawns to sit for months to ferment and string out among the neighborhood, bringing blight on our houses and our property values down. They don't care as they don't own these houses and the home owners won't evict. if the home owners won't do something, the homeowners should be held accountable and I am now to the point that I am fed up and sick of it. It's a shame when you can't even enjoy your own home because renters have more rights than you do in your own home.

    Please address this as soon as possible. this has been sitting here for nearly a week and a half. The tenets of this property refuse to establish a contract with a waste service. This is a mix of household waste and bulk trash and it is now drawing bugs and rodents. With the rain it is now washing it into everyone's yards.

    The tenants at 150 Neva Avenue have stopped paying for trash service and are now setting household trash mixed with bulk items in their bulk pickup. The last two weeks they would set it out on Tuesday in hope that our trash service would pick it up but no luck. Since it wasn not picked up it is now washed out into the driveway and down into the water flows into everyone's yards! Please do something about this!

    Dry trash and bulk pickup has not happened since before Hurricane Irma came through. there is yard waste and bulk waste all over the neighborhood that is now starting to scatter. Several trucks will be needed to pick this up as the accumulation over the course of two
    months is quite large. Please expedite.

    Some creep dumped a pile of garbage outside of the rear of 70 Superior Avenue three weeks ago. I have called public works several times to no avail. While this home has been abandoned and is an eyesore to the neighborhood, it should not be left as a dumping ground for the public. I've been smelling the stink for three weeks. Where is the county again???

    Choosing just one header for this is difficult as there are so many problems to address. There is constantly bulk waste being dumped in front of this abandoned house. While this property is already a huge eyesore in our community, there is no need to allow the waste to continue to pile up in front of it. Homeless people come in and out of this property as well as the rodents. Please do something about this eyesore ASAP.
