    The entire alley between Olive and Forest is washed out with huge potholes. Its been grated several times this past year, but we're in severe need of a few yards of gravel as well.

    Has been fixed several times. Works for a few days the fails again.

    There are no street markings or signs at any of the intersections on Emmet St from the 700 block @ College Pl, 600 block @ Perrin or 500 block @ Ballard. In the last alone I have had 2 vehicles turn left in front of me or with me onto College or Ballard and today barely avoided tboning a vehicle at Perrin whom clearly missed its a 1 way stop to cross Emmet and pulled out in front of me thinking I was going to stop even though I had the right of way. Parking is out of control in those blocks and spaces should be permanently marked as vehicles are often jammed dangerously close together and much to close to the intersections and cross walks.
