Vehicles from Chateau Deville apartments parked impeding homeowners from being able to place their trash bins for pick up. This is an issue every week which is unfair to tax paying homeowners who can not get their trash pick up timely. Can someone please help with this matter, please. We are taxpayers and we also pay for this service, as homeowners our family or friends are unable to park to visit because the tenants use the street as their assigned parking spots, thats not right. Please assist me in finding a way to resolve this matter which continues to get worse not better.
