    For the third time. Why does it take an act of congress to get to make an eastbound turn from southbound Overcash? We sit and wait and wait. It's ridiculous. Also, from east Main St to north Overcash this is a left turn arrow. However, it almost NEVER works! I feel like I won the damn lottery when I get an arrow there. Why have it if you aren't going to use it. How about you help us out here? THIRD REQUEST

    Second report on the length of time motorists have to sit and wait s/b on Overcash at Main Street waiting to make a left turn onto Main St, The light is amazingly slow, even when no other traffic is present.

    While southbound waiting to make an eastbound left turn the delay in the signal is extremely excessive. There can be no east/west traffic and you still have to wait several minutes to get a green for Overcash Rd. Also, when eastbound, trying to get a turn arrow to turn north seldom happens causing traffic to attempt to get through the red light when it changes
