Tar is used for roads and highways NOT for sidewalks. The pressure of the tires and being driven on is what flattens the tar, this can't happen on pavement, what it is going to do is hurt people.

A follow up on 6/1 by Supervisor of DPW Russell Witherspoon upon inspection of the cracked Sidewalks, yielded that he was going to be back in touch with approval to put in new sidewalks on 19428 Tireman Street. The job of tar made the sidewalk worse he said.

Several trees were taken down as well as 2 properties demolished. The entire sidewalk between 19440-19434 Tireman was damaged. Large lifted chunks of sidewalk which makes it difficult to walk on.

Because of the demolition of several properties on the block, the sidewalk is destroyed to the point where the concrete is breaking apart yet, the city fixed the concrete in front of 19411 Tireman Street, an abandoned house!

19428 Tireman Street. Trucks for demolition rolling all over sidewalks have damaged the sidewalk. It is loose and falling a part. Possible accident could occur.

The demolition of several houses and the removal of several trees has caused the cracking and unearthing of the sidewalk concrete. With this picture at 19410 Tireman they over filled the hole with tar. Why would someone This is unable to be driven on!

This is the 2nd time complaining. At 19400 Tireman Street the sewer Drain is clogged on the street side. This is located by Tireman and Westwood where it is flooded.

It became flooded 2 days ago with the heavy rain we received and it is happening again. It needs to be cleaned out.

Clean up of broken branches from storm in front of 19400 Tireman Street. The branches have been sitting outside for pickup for over a week.

The Dixon Elementary school is infested with rats. Just while out in the yard taking these pictures, rats the sizes of kittens, we're whizzing by my feet. The stench of the smell of dead rats some lying dead in the back of the school was unbearable!

Tree Limbs are cracking and breaking off in the middle of the sidewalk. This sidewalk is a heavily travelled by the students that attend the Warren dale Charter Academy around the corner. As well as residents of the community.
