this is james henderson, i'm emailing you in regard to a high volume of speeding vehicle traffic on my street. i have so many times in the past tried to reach out to your office about the still ongoing problems with drug dealers and their customers, it has gotten worse then it was !!!! because they know the police are NOT making arrests over in the 1300 block of standridge street. a young lady lost her life two months ago, right at the corner and several wrecks sense then. We have in the past tried speed bumps , but was told by a city engineer, that it wasn't in the city budget . the drug dealers and customers are still here ,but now they are drag racing on the street where the speed limit should be 25 ,it's 75! Do someone else have to die to get speed bumps.

The ower of 1345-1347 standridge street, cleaned property, inside and out. They put all the debris across the street in front of the vacant lot. It has turned into a picker pile that is spilling into the street.

This one drug dealer they call Big six , He drives a red van pretending to sell candy cakes and drinks out of his van, he is illegally dumping curves ,this is a daily occurrence .

I have reported this issue for months now and nothing is being done I think the inspector is getting paid off Lol

I reported this issue several months ago and conditions are still the same . Both vehicles are located south of 1353 Standard St. you have been months and the vehicles are still sitting there .

The vehicles belongs to a young man , who don't live around here. The city owns the property. Drug dealers are buying wrecks and storing on the street.

The property has been blighted for years, the mice and cockroaches are leaving the property. The owners and city of Memphis has done anything after many complaints

It broke down and got vandalized and was left abandoned bad ower. It's been there for months now.

One word , blight , I have reported this problem to the city, I'm getting the same reasons why the house is not being taken care of , the courts, but it's in the city. Years still goes by.

In my neighborhood there's a serious problem with the traffic that come through a lot of this due to the drug activity . Twice I requested for speed bumps along the street twice I have been told there is not enough traffic to support speedbump . For some unexplained reason this area just never seem to qualify for in the city services them police and garbage pick up . all you get is somewhat reasonable explanation for the reason why this can't be taken care of . They take out taxes and then they come up with a reason why services I limit it is Rita insult . The city is really not into community enhancement like they promotes. The keyword is poverty line
