    Beginning before 8 am this morning (Saturday), excessively loud construction noise has been coming from this site on this small residential street. This builder has consistently failed to supervise the construction work being done at his site, resulting in excessive noise, excessive ground vibration and potential damage to neighboring homes. We went to the site today when this excessive noise and vibration had been going on for hours to find three Spanish-speaking workers and NO SUPERVISOR ON SITE. One of the three workers, who looked younger than 21 years old, spoke with my husband. My husband asked him to please stop letting large rectangular sheets of wood slam violently down onto the building site (instead of properly placing them down with their equipment) as this careless behavior was causing excessive noise as well as excessive ground vibration that affects other homes and properties. PLEASE STOP ANY FURTHER CONSTRUCTION UNLESS THE BUILDER IS PRESENT TO SUPERVISE ON SITE!

    The bulldozer operator at this site has been failing to use care in the operation of his bulldozer. For the past week and a half of construction, there have been countless loud crashes from that site which have caused the floors in my home next door to shake. This morning at approximately 8:15 am, after several more of these crashes from that site, I drove my car in front of the site and witnessed the bulldozer operator carelessly drop a huge section of a tree from the claw of his equipment from a sizable height onto an already full dumpster. The huge section of tree smashed against the side of the metal dumpster, making an extremely loud crashing sound, and then bounced off the dumpster landing with a huge thud on the ground. He then began this exercise again. Not only is this excessive noise due to lack of care unacceptable to neighbors (especially those like me who work from home), but it is causing unacceptable ground vibration that affects other houses on abutting properties.
