    Why do I have to beg to get my street plowed every year? They want millions for a new city hall but can't take care of basic city services. Fourth year running I have to call city hall and raise hell because they won't plow N.Yost, S.Yost, and Joseph. Made calls to DPS and no response. I will never o.k. another millage for ANYTHING because they won't take care of basic services.
