At 35 Stegman Street in the basement the sewer drain is flooding water 6 to 8 inches. The house has a bad smell of sewage and landlord was called and nothing has been done.

Vacant Lot at 461 Communipaw Avenue next to Berry Lane Park are weeds and grass that is growing very high.

There is a vacant lot about 6 blocks long that has tall grass and weeds growing that need to be cut. In the area of 417 Communipaw Avenue.

There is a vacant lot at 375 Communipaw Avenue that has full growing weeds near the Jerry Walker Community Center.

The entire block of 297 through 299 Suydam Avenue on the sidewalk is filled with tall weeds and garbage. Garages and Warehouses are in the area.

At 86 and 88 Union Street there are weeds growing very high in the backyard and drawing possums, raccoons, rats and cats that need to be cleaned/cut. Every year it the same problem, the owners don't monitor their property. 1 family houses.

Food Truck - Why Cook was selling food without permits for over a week. They was chased away and they dumped their garbage on the property of 535 and 537 MLK Drive on the sidewalk that leads to a parking lot. The garbage need to be picked up.

This sign is by the jughandle near route 440 that goes to the Hudson Mall. Near the Ford Dealership on sidewalk. Use Crosswalk.

At 32 Van Wagenen Avenue they are doing a demolition without permits and making loud noises disturbing the neighborhood. Stated demolition 6-18-19.

At 270 Princeton Avenue (between Winfield and Pearsall Avenue) is a vacant building with a door that is open all the time, where people are going in and out. Garbage is in front of the property that needs to be cleaned. Saturday 6-15-19 the Fire Department was called because there was water running from the building and affecting 272 Princeton Avenue (basement). The water had to be turned off. The Fire Department deemed 272 Princeton Avenue as a Fire Hazard waiting to happen. There are no permits. There are times there are people doing work inside making loud noise at night.

At 68 Charles Street there is construction be done without permits. Between Milton Street and Summit Avenue.

There is construction at 32 Liberty Avenue and when it rains the water falls in between 34 and 32 Liberty Avenue (an aisle witch is about 2 feet in space) and water runs through to the property. The owner is concerned that it will damage his property. Suggest that a gutter or crate be installed to re-direct the water.

At 51 Stegman Street in the alleyway of the driveway that is shared with 49 Stegman Street, has about 4 mattresses, garbage, crates, TVs and card board that is taking the space of the alleyway. The owner from 49 Stegman Street (next door) has a problem driving his car through to get to the back of the house. The owner was told but it has be over 4 months that the mattresses and garbage is still there.
