Recent ADA sidewalk improvements lead to a cement buildup that blocks water from draining around the corner (doubt there is enough slope for water to drain efficiently though). MPNA Green Team removed significant amount sediment in the curb area but that did not lead to correct drainage.

Trash, tree limbs and weeds cover an area that was once grass. The developer needs to return the green space to an equal if not better way than they found it.
