    I removed the flowerpot that the dog waste bags were being put into, but now they are being left in a city bed. As of this morning there were three there. Attached is a photo taken yesterday, when there were two.

    Someone has been repeatedly placing bags of dog waste, possibly from taking their dog to the God Star Mothers Park, in the flowerpot on the sidewalk in front of our property. Over the past few months we have dealt with approximately 20 bags of dog waste. If something can be done to deter this behavior, we would appreciate it. We can provide a photo if one is desired.
