The people at this address above have had an abandoned vehicle in the front yard for over a year. It's time the Code Enforcement Division of Lealman does something about it. Please start taking some initiative with the residents in these neighborhoods and cite them, fine them for the code violations they are guilty of. This vehicle needs to be moved off the property. Its inciting critters and vagrants.
