    Almost 4 weeks ago Water utility management damaged a pipe at the corner of Lisbon and Romney. It eroded the roadway and the asphalt collapsed. They left 4 cones in the hole and it needs to be fixed. They have been notified repeatedly and will not do anything about it. It is a hazard that needs to be dealt with. The hole prevents emergency vehicles from reaching my home at 4 Lisbon Ct. Thanks for the help. Mark Lisicia 912-658-5583
