    While the entire Windsor Farms neighborhood was sanded Monday, and scraped Tuesday--Clovelly Road which is very narrow and has a hill ending in a stop sign at Canterbury was not scraped and is still a slushy mess that re-froze every night. We did not get out trash picked up as a result of the trucks being unable to reach us safely.
  • 211 Clovelly Rd Richmond, VA 23221, USA - Windsor Farms
    Regular trash and recycling pickup from Monday January 9th was not picked up. This may have been due to the snow. Will someone come get it, or should we pull it back to house?
