I keep seeing homeless vagrants in and out of the port-o-potty. I even saw a man and woman enter together, so I am assuming nothing good can be going on. Please remove ASAP.

    I have called police many times to get them out but they keep returning. Owner needs to remove the shrubs to fix this problem.
