Overgrown vegetation at multi-lot infill development is obscuring speed and intersection ahead signs.

A house was torn down on this lot. It has been a year since this was last mown. Tall weeds and grass on lot.

Grass in this lot is over 3 feet tall. Has not been mowed since the house was demolished. Previously reported last year.

New construction site at 3014 is not containing runoff. Sediment has reached Nottingham Rd which runs parallel to Beaver Dam Creek. This is not the first time sediment from this builder has not been contained. See multiple reports for 3010 Churchill). I will post photo later.

House was torn down and developer has not cut grass/weeds. Grad is 18 inches high in spots.

Construction site at 3010 and 3014 Churchill is not containing sediment onsite. Six inches of sediment/mud piled up against silt fence which has a rip in it. As a result, muddy water is pouring off site and onto Churchill, running downhill towards Beaver Dam Creek greenway.
